Craig Sacra-Artist

I create wall art that merges the raw energy of graffiti with the discipline of fine woodworking. Each piece is carved from solid hardwood, selected not just for its grain or color, but for how it speaks to the bold shapes and motion of graffiti lettering.

My process is rooted in both precision and instinct. Each design is sketched by hand, refined and then brought to life through cutting, shaping, layering, and coloring. Instead of spray paint, I use leather dyes to add rich, vibrant color—allowing the wood’s texture to show through, keeping the material honest. It’s about honoring the grain while bending the rules.

This work is a dialogue between two worlds: street culture and craft. It reflects a belief that beauty can come from contrast, and that art can be both refined and rebellious. Every piece is a reminder to keep life, and what we do, bold—and fun.
