I started woodworking in 2019, purely as a way to complete house projects. I never really considered the skill to be much more than useful knowledge as a homeowner. Measure twice, cut once and all that right? As I researched varying techniques and materials used in all the reference videos I watched, I realized how much style and art really go into woodworking. My first hardwood end grain cutting board, made of walnut and mahogany, was truly a learning experience. We still use this same cutting board in our kitchen today. Woodworking became how I put my stamp on the area around me, through furniture. I now want to share that same vision with you, our customers.

I began refurbishing small furniture in 2022 in an effort to preserve the history and elevate the style of pieces that tell a story. Each piece from long ago gets reworked and reimagined with a new contemporary style. It’s been a learning process with each project and strive to continue to bring beauty to each piece I work on. I also enjoy creating new small home décor items, shelves and gifts from hardwood. Anytime hardwood is used in a project, I believe it adds elegance and class to that piece, all from a natural material. That’s amazing! My preferred style consists of using various textiles and materials in each project.  In my opinion, Hardwoods, Vinyl, Metals, Fabrics, Epoxy all can have a place in creating a beautiful project.
